Is Hypnotherapy Safe?

Yes, it is completely safe and you are in full control. It is not like hypnosis as you find on-stage and television.

What does it feel like?

You will feel deeply relaxed in a  trance while still completely in control of everything you say and do.

Hypnosis is a very natural state of mind of which we go in and out of many times during the day. For example, were driving, reading a book, or exercising.

How many sessions do I need?

The number of sessions will depend on treatment. For example:

  • Phobias: Three sessions at 1 hour each session
  • Stop smoking: One session for two hours

This will be discussed in your initial consultation.
